 Boeing Comes to N Charleston SC is such an exciting topic for everyone around Charleston, SC tri-county area.  Everywhere you go, people are talking about it.

The people of Charleston SC, N. Charleston SC and all the towns surrounding welcome the Boeing folks with open arms.

We do understand that the Boeing folks in Washington are not really pleased about this decision -- we would like for the folks out in Seattle, WA and Tacoma, WA to know that things in SC are not quite as bad as has been reported by some in your area.  Here are a few things being said:

1) "A lot of restaurants in Charleston serve food on Styrofoam plates."

2) "People in Washington don't come as cheap as people in SC."

3) "The parts made in SC are often defective, requiring folks in
Washington to fix them."

Our answers to the Boeing folks:

1) We have some mighty fine restaurants in Charleston --they definitely don't use Styrofoam plates.

2) Maybe true, but I would say it a different way -- SC has excellent talent

3) N. Charleston SC mayor said it well:  "none of the US surface ships that were built in N Charleston SC sunk " -- point well made.

So, again, Boeing, Welcome to N Charleston SC and its surrounding areas of Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, James Island and Sullivan's Island.

Our weather is warm year round and so is our Southern hospitality -- you will see this for yourself when Boeing Comes to N Charleston SC.

The AgentOwned Realty Company - Boyd Loadholt is very well known in and around the Charleston, SC tri-county area.  Most people look at AgentOwned Realty as a national franchise.

Not only was Boyd Loadholt one of the co-founders, but he is the President of The AgentOwned Realty Company Services Group which is the management company for all of the agent-owners.

Boyd Loadholt is a graduate of Allendale-Fairfax High School, and Clemson University, but also received his Masters in Mathematics from Clemson University and his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. A brilliant man, Boyd is a natural leader.  Anyone who has ever met him would agree that he is extremely fair, conscientious, honest, a family man and really just very like-able.  The agent-owners have the utmost respect for him as does his management staff.

What else do we need to remind us to show our support for our troops?

Maybe a hammer to hit us over the head?  

Maybe a string around our finger?

This past Wednesday, 3 of us SC Active Rainers had the wonderful pleasure of meeting our AR friend, "C" Starr in person.  She was in SC visiting family -- so how could she possible leave out her AR family?

Celina Gleason, Kim Peasley-Parker and I met "C" at Clark's restaurant in Santee, SC --- "C" brought along her brother and his girl friend since she did not know her way around this part of SC.

The 6 of us plus "Miss Maddie" (Kim's daughter) had a wonderful lunch and an awesome time visiting.

As you may imagine, "C" did a lot of the talking -- the 3 SC girls were taking it all in . 

It is so neat to meet face to face with someone with whom you have developed such a friendship on AR.
I've got to tell you -- my friend, "C",can really eat -- my goodness, the skinny one packed away 2 appetizers, main entree and dessert.  Something just doesn't seem right about her being able to eat so much -- there I was the "heavy" one and could not even finish my chicken salad croissant.

Thanks, Celina and Kim for helping me to show our NY Active Rain friend some Southern  Hospitality.  We did talk about doing some sort of "social workshop" -- just haven't really decided exactly what -- Just keep tuned --

Then the marketing department will simply print the materials for the agent-owner on the "fancy" machine on quality paper.  If there are post cards ordered, the marketing department prints, addresses and takes to the post office.  The only costs to the agent-owner is the postage itself ---no charge for the card, flyers, brochures, door hangers or the printing or the paper at The AgentOwned Realty Company.

The AgentOwned Realty Company is so pleased to be able to offer this to their agent-owners.  It doesn't matter which office, all agent-owners get the same turn around time.  The company is continually working to make the very best environment for the agent-owners.
