We, at the AgentOwned Realty Johnnie Dodds office is very excited that one of their senior agent-owners has found a partner.
June Kemmerlin has been with AgentOwned Realty for 16 years --- we suffered the loss of her first husband along with her about 6 years ago.
Rudy Maetzner, a long time Charlestonian, was married to Joan Maetzner who was an excellent real estate professional with a different company. However, most Realtors knew her --I knew her but not as well as June. June attended the funeral of Joan about 3 years ago.
June and Rudy began going to dinner as friends just to have someone to go out with.
Their 2 year relationship ended up with a wedding yesterday, Nov. 21, 2009.These are a couple of photos taken at a drop-in that our office had for them.

Both of them are in their mid to late seventies.
We are thrilled that they have found each other --- the wedding was beautiful.

Hi Mama Liz! What a beautiful story! You can just see the happiness written all over both of their faces! And, your owner looks like a sweetheart--and even looks like a REALTOR! I wish them happiness forevermore!
Have a wonderful Sunday...
How very sweet! My grandmother lived through 2 husbands and met her "dear friend Joe" when they were both in their 80's. I think it was the best time of her life, though they never married.
Much congratulations to June & Rudy, may they spend many more years together.
