A Little You Tube help needed

When I make a video and replay it on my computer, all is good.  Then I upload to YouTube and for some reason the video mouth and voice don't exactly match.

Can anyone help me?  An  example is the below video:

I have seen this happen with videos from time to time, but I'm afraid that I don't play with Youtube enough to give advice on it. I'm sure someone here can help out though.
