Grrr for two reasons. 1: I commented earlier and got a proxy error. 2: who do these people think they are?

I am hooked and want to see how this plays out.

Liz, this is like a good mystery book, I can't wait to find who dun it.  Also wondering if you have access to that listing agent's broker via state licensing.  In Georgia we do and I've found a few brokers that way myself.

Great use of video on this!! If they're not licensed, then your state's licensing agency might like to know? The negotiator sounds WAY off base on this one.

This sounds fishier all the time. I cannot wait to find out the end result of all this. Thanks for allowing us to learn right along with you.
