And where, oh where has the negotiator gone? What a screwy short sale!!
I know short-sales can be a headache; hopefully, you are able to work things out with the short-sale.
I have watched all the videos and I am really overwhelmed by some of the stuff that has happened. I do not have a warm fuzzy about this situation but I hope it works out for the buyer and seller. Stay on it and get it to close, especially since the bank wants it to!
Oh man this sounds like most short sales to me. What's with the dissapperaing agent - is she's so busy maybe she needs a few assistants to help out. Her clients sure would want that, now wouldn't they?
