Second Attempt to insert a video in my Blog
Thanks to Shane O'Dorman of Wisconsin,http://activerain.com/ogormask, I now know how to insert links in my blog. After he told me via Active Rain, I felt a little silly, because it was and is really easy.
To my AgentOwned agent/owners, I am excited that the activity is truly picking up. In talking with the agents around, I am very encouraged.

Exciting news: Liza, our daughter, has been extremely busy working on putting together another "sister" company for you, AgentOwned agent/owners --- a business brokerage company. You will be so excited about the new possibilities for you, the agent/owner to make money individually.
Also, more exciting news: AgentOwned Realty is expanding into the Florence, SC market. Today, we are official with SC LLR department and have applied to their Association of Realtors for membership. We have one agent/owner --- Deborah Webster.

Hah I was wondering if it worked for you or not.
If you are on the youtube page and see below the link where it says embed code? If you copy that and then on the AR blog section where you write the blog entry, if you press the html tab you can insert that code there and it makes the video appear directly on the page. If that doesnt make sense search for how to insert youtube videos into active rain blogs. Hope that helps!

Liz, You seem a little too stiff and scripted. It doesn't seem like you are talking in a natural way. I would make believe that the camera is a really good friend of yours. Maybe even put a picture of someone there to remind yourself that you are only talking to one person.

How exciting to see your face in a YouTube video. You have been going full throttle and I am sure you will see now I wasn't full of baloney. They are just tools. Most agents/brokers/owners have the tools inside of them if they set the foundation and the will is there. AMEN:-)

P.S. I am also excited to see the adoption Agent Owned has taken to social media and blogging. I am seeing your agency everywhere. Jim and Maria would be able to make a great class for you. Their blog is well laid out.
